I just placed my order for a Powerlyte Cranium shell. After much research, i went with this set because it has the top that comes off for easy cleaning, magnetic lid, and solid bottom (for a one piece feedneck tube).
And you can't really beat the price point either.

Ive been thinking about picking up some new shells too.....those powerlyte cranium shells look nice. Anyone know if the capacity is the same as the regular halo shell....or hopefully a little more?

I have the hybrid suicide shells, great shells. Took some hard impacts and shrugged them off. Holds about 20 more balls give or take than the stock shell.

from what i have read, about 20-30 more than stock, but i can't confirm this yet... i will compare when i get the new shells.

Are the Cranium Shells cheaper than the Suicide Shells? Or is there any place I can find them for a more reasonable price than 45 dollars? I've heard a lot more good about the Suicide Shells over the Craniums. Durability wise, anyway.

But after reading through this thread it looks like the Craniums might be better. Especially for the bang for buck aspect.

Cranium Powelyte shell is the best I have used - everythign else broke or cost oo much.

i got a cranium from luisv and love it

holding up great, about 9 months and no cracks yet.

got some nice color combos as well

Better stay away from the ANS shells, they are absolute garbage.
I can recommend the Powerlyte shells.
I wish they had green camo but the urban camo will do I guess.

not sure if that plastic will dye at all, but drop the bottom of the shell in a bucket of warm water, salt and green Rit Dye overnight, might get the green you are lookin for.
