We used to play storm the house, of course you need some kick butt buildings like we did at a MOUT course in Germany:

Basically depending on the amount of peopel we had we would put 2/3 in one of the 3 story buildings(basement, 1st, 2nd, well 4 if you count the roof you could get on) and the rest would try and storm it.... if you where inside you would go through a LOT of paint but it was freakin AWESOME!!!!! That is the most fun I have ever had palying. There were so many options at that field, we would play half the road, single floor buildings only, talls only, fun fun fun......
Due to the objections of a certain Canadian, this space is now for rent.

A field I go to does Walk the Dog, which is a variant of President type games.

The Dog is invincible, one per team. But he can only move if someone is holding his Leash, which is a 10 foot or so piece of tree tape (armband material).

I believe the general setup is CTF.

split up into even teams, then 1 team splits into 2 smaller teams each taking opposite ends of the field
then the other team starts in the center of the field
        simple elimination rules

          balls out

Everyone is basically invincible. You are only out when you choose to take yourself out. This can be because you are out of air, out of paint, or out of pain tolerance. Winners are generally the 1 person from each team that is the most covered in paint.

            Capture the flag:

There has to be a well defined 50-yard line, and each team needs a jail and a hospital. If you are on your side of the 50 and you get shot, you go to the hospital. If you are on the enemies side of the 50 when you get shot, you go to the jail. The hospital can be timed stay or limited respawn. You can break your own team out of jail, this can be one for one or all at once, it can also be safe passage or not. If your whole team is in jail, you lose, and if they get your flag back to their base you lose.

Here's 2 that we play at our private field.

                Day of Defeat

Regular speedball game but you are allowed to respawn/reinsert once you are shot out. You must return to the start point and count to ten. You must count so others can hear you, but how fast or slow you count is up to you. Game is over once all players on one team are eliminated.

                Iwo Jima

This is played on a hill and is marker specific. It is a basic attack and defend game. 2 or 3 players defend the large bunker at the top and use electros(ramping/auto recommended). the rest of the players(usually ends up between 5-12) attack the hill using pumps, some of the newer guys are allowed semis.

D-Day (or whatever variation you want to call it)

Setup: 2 Teams. smaller team is given good cover, lots of paint. Larger team has little cover/open space and a hopper or less.

Smaller teams holds position, larger teams rushes them. Whatever team has surviving players win.
