I have always been an avid reader of books on metaphysics, religion, philosophy, magic, occult..... "the Warwitch" was something a buddy used to say when he was busting my balls (becuase of the books and pb addiction) and it just stuck.

I used to play Mech Warrior on the computer when I was a bit younger. I started with MW3 when it first came out and liked a particular machine the most called Madcat, so I started using that as a handle for when I was online. Then I got MW4 when it first came out as well, which had a updated version of original Madcat called Madcat MK2, so I just figured, eh why not use the updated name even though I didnt like it as much as the original lol. So it kind of stuck and I use it for practically everything online related.

Short version for nick::: went on a trip with a friend right out of highschool to visit his family in west virgina.. Went out to eat with his dad and a few friends and some one he knew came up to the table and started talking to him and reach in for a piece cornbread off of the plate in the middle of the table and in reflex i hit him in the nose and broke it... His dad called me cornbread the rest of the trip and it just stuck...

Years ago I got hooked on Quake. Thee original Quake, not Q3, Quake Arena...etc. I attended alot of LANs to play Quake which did ultimatly carry over to the following Quake installments and I played alot online. I used the handle "Milkman" which I had used when I was in the military (84-91). Before long everybody and there brother was named "Milkman" when I would go online so I got tired of it and tried to come up with a unique name. One day "FIST2CUFF" came to me (from the word fisticuff) or "FIST" for short and it stuck. When I got into paintball I used that for my gamename. I do not play online anymore but was curious and asked my 24 y.o. bro that plays COD4 online alot if he has seen "FIST2CUFF" used and he told me that he has seen it alot. Bunch of losers cannot even come up with there own name????
