    on/off asa's

so what is it with on off asa's, why do you use an on/off asa rather than a traditional asa?

So you can de-gas your marker without screwing off your tank.

if they bleed its alot easyer to remove and screw in a tank as there is no pressure on the threads unless its in the on posisition, also you can use it as an extra safety if it bleeds air when off

I will never go back to a traditional ASA. It's easier to screw and unscrew the tank. Also, i can leave the tank screwed in without being nervous of someone fireing it by mistake since it's always on a stand and in plain view.

It's also easier on the orings.
