    Look what i scored!!!!

I was never one for Micromags, just didn't like them... I am doing some work for someone and we did a trade. The gun has been beat up a bit, it is kinda old to begin with. I was told It was painted black and I had to remove the paint. (don't like spray paint!) As I was removing all the spray paint to find the old school jungle ano colors(Correct me if I'm wrong?) in pretty descent shape. Someone had removed the trigg gard but that's OK. All in all I was really pleased with the look of the gun. Guess I just needed to hold one in my hands to appreciate to look and feel. I am now a happy owner of a old school splash ano Micromag with mostly matching parts. It had a few little areas that needed work but I did what could. I also have a trigger sgoe that i havent put on yet. Cant wait to get it out and shoot it a few times.... Other than than that here she is......

A few questions? Does anybody know about what year this is from? It had a removable plastic detent assembly. I have seen a few with the detent holder milled into the body?

I also know there is no where to get parts BUT, If by chance some one has the matching foregrip and would be willing to trade/sell it hit my up to talk....

That's the same anno color and pattern on mine. I got it around '94 and it doesn't have the removable detent.

call proteam products and see if they have anything left when they made them. i called them about parts for my red/black midnight cammo and they had some parts sitting in a box. they said they dont or wont make anymore mag parts but they do have some stuff in a few boxes.

I can't really tell from your picture...

Would you say that the anno is blue/black? (Blue Nights)

              or blue/green/brown/black? (Cool Camo)

Or more of a blue/black/silver? (Blue Tiger)

It looks a lot like the "Blue Nights" pattern to me, but it could also be a "Cool Camo" varient, or a Blue Tiger. In any case, nice snag!

                  Nice find Cyber.

Kind of OT, but are you still doing milling on rails?

I called PTP some time ago asking after any cool camo accessories and they couldn't find a thing.
