i'm a old french airgun player.

in france, the governement want modify the law for the paintballgun.

the paintball gun will be considered than fire arm.

in france, with special organism we make a petiton for say than we not agree with this :

As far as I can tell, there haven't been any laws passed in this country...yet. Who knows how long it will be before some left-wing liberal pansy manages to get a law passed banning paintball. Anyway, I did a google search on paintball laws, and all I could come up with were laws in other countries (Australia, Hong Kong, U.K.)

No. The now expired 1994 Assault Rifle ban never mentioned airguns, as they are not firearms.

as i recall there was a law posted here about silencers that stated paintball guns were not considered firearms .... so try doing a search for silencers Lifted from another post

Il y a different regles pour les differents etats aux Etats Unis aussis. Ici en Canada il y etait un debat similaire. Je ne sais pas les finales mot du loi, mais en poursuivans les debats autour d'Amerique du Nord, je peux dire qu'une arme de feu est generalement clasifique d'etre un fuse qui utilise un materiel explosif pour lancer un projectile.

Florida, state in America, has law that allows government to open paintball fields and not be sued if someone gets injured.

Florida wants more paintball fields. That's why this law exists.
