This is good to hear! I had a bit of a coaching-kids moment myself this weekend as well.

Dude, that's funny. This is exactly what I was talking about. Play for the fun of it. Back off and enjoy the game and eventually you will get back up to speed.

Good to hear you got out there and enjoyed yourself. Always sucks when someone loses something they enjoy due to injury.

Just found out about your accident! Glad you're still playing, stick with it!

Have you read about pegleg/sugarstump/Dale Price yet? http://www.peglegpaintball.com/about.html He posts on MCB a lot under sugarstump, I am sure he'd be up for chatting if you need an ear

He also played pump at NPPL Huntington Beach...

Best of luck with the recovery, keep playing and having fun! http://www.printroom.com/ViewGallery...412&scount=257

we have a saying on our team, "Play for the game not the fame" all of our members of our team help out with recuiting new players to the game, safety and having fun. it's fun pulling out our markers (which some run upwards of $700) and the kids jaws drop, especially when you hand it to them or even more is when their marker goes down and you loan them your main marker to play with. i'm nowhere near the best player in the world but if i give someone a chance to enjoy the sport i will in a heartbeat. just to give you a little background on myself, i am a type one diabetic. in the course of a day of recball i have to pay attention to how my body is reacting to the way i am playing. but in no way do i allow it to stop me playing unless i know its at it's point. i have pulled myself out of games because i am putting myself at risk. so i take a break, ref a few games or just relaxed and get ready for the next go round. sometimes the most rewarding feeling is knowing you had fun and you made another person day enjoyable.
                shoot you later
i play for the game not the fame.

Yes I am familiar with Dale, he is among a group I look up to a lot and hope like heck to be able to emulate.

I am glad to know that he posts on MCB and will certainly look him up. Thanks.
