I think it has more the do with the bees on the shoulders of the jersey.

          Ummm, Bea Youngs??

Hellooo, it's bee-hive print, not the AO Hex.

Of course it's because of the BEA stuff... I was kinda kidding when I've posted it. LOL.

But this is the type of thing that people always ask: "Can we suit SP now?" LOL....

First of all welcome to 4 years ago........

Bea Youngs.... Hence the bee.. and the HONEY COMB! hasnt been a smartparts employee since 2004.... Lots of internal issues I wont get into.

Second of all.... AO copied nature the hex is nothing new as its been in bee hives for ever..

Nature invented both bees and lions. The bees, however, developed the honeycomb, and various royal families claim credit for lion heraldry. However, these have been public domain for centuries.

Of course, according to the USPTO, every old idea is a brand new innovation when it's applied to paintball. If Smart Parts can patent the microswitch and the cam-lock when applied to paintball, maybe AGD can patent large roaring cats with manes standing on either side of a shield and AO can patent six-sided honey-containing natural formations.
