Much of the decision on date will depend on Mel and what he has going around that time. I will post details as soon as he lets me know something.

My pickup can carry 6 but only gets about 16mpg and we'd have to do something about keeping things dry in the truck bed. Maybe some XL Hefty bags ?
If someone in Central Florida had a passenger van we could probably get it filled with

Well i know WW is going to head by us. we are right off of 75. This is months away so we will figure out exact details then

OK, here is the scoop. I have determined that Saturday 1 Nov. is the date for AO South 08. I will open the field up at 8AM and we will start the fun at 10. We play till everybody throws up. Or, until it is too dark to see. Which ever comes first. Just like last year, if you want to come out and play on our open day, then come on out Sunday and play with whoever show up. I will open the field up at 10 on Sunday morning so you can get a really good dose before you have to travel back home. Also, we are, and always have been a BYOP field. Or, we will have mid grade on sale there if you want. Depending on what paint costs us, it should be from 45 to 55 bucks a case. Also, there is no running water at the field, so bring water if you wish. We have drinks and water for sale, also snacks, but you can bring whatever you wish to. We will have a gut truck there to serve lunch and sandwiches, price to be determined. Field fee $10 and all day air, $10. We have two compressors on site and will be able to fill 4.5 and 3k. Also CO2 is available.

NO ADULT BEVERAGES AT THE FIELD
