Need help identifying tank/reg

Hey AO,
I bought a ?? size 3000psi tank this weekend. Maybe like 50ci? Any who, I don't know how to read the label as it's a CF tank.

Can anyone help? I always had steel tanks so this is all new to me

Also, It has a centerflag hyperflow 400 reg on it.

Anything I should know about this?
