    My new mask

A couple of months ago I decided to assemble some masks for me, just for the fun of it. Today I've got my softears (finally) and assembled this:

    My new Cash Money mask:

It has brand new Flex 7 IZE green bottoms, HB 06 White frames, smoke lenses, Soft Ear Mods white/lime green ear protectors and, of course, the Cash Money strap.

Now almost complete, only waiting the Carbon Fiber Ventz that is in the mail:

    And the other ones:

This is my old 1997 Flex 7, moded with some CF stickers in the bottom and a woodland camo goggle Skinz in the lens.

And the other very special mask I just got today:

Grey 2002 IZE bottoms, Urban Camo frame, Urban Camo strap, black soft ears, black small visor and smoke lens.

    And, of course, the Grilz:

So, how do you like it?

I plan on almost the same set up for my lady, green ize bottoms, white frame, mirror lens, white ears, and either the mint green strap I got with the ize or km's irish strap, looks good, and I love getting bounces on ize bottoms, lol

they have tried, and i think they realised their mistake be re releasing f7 series hwen they appeared to be migrating towards the f8 series which doesnt seem to be as popular, and is pretty hard for a tournament style mask.

the new quick change feature is great on the lower end mask, but then they go and ruin it by making it a horridly ugly design.

if you ask me the only weakpoint of the jt system is the changeing of lenses which is tiem consuming and frustrating

lmk how your softearmods hold up... I bought some two weeks ago (orange and purple ) and after 2 days of play they started peeling a little bit. I used some really strong glue to glue them back together though, so hopefully they'll last a while :/

just a heads up when you come play in the US, most fields by me dont like the softears. Since it isnt technically certified anymore you arent covered by the field's insurance so if you get injured the field will have to pay out of pocket if you werent adaquetly informed.

This was especially enforced @ waynes world during scenarios. However if you put the softears behind the rubber that is there stock you are legal.

Didn't know that. It's so common to see people using this kind of stuff...

most owners turn a blind eye cause they need the customers. If paintball was played by all the rules it wouldnt played close to what it is played by people who arent first timers. I love playing with rec'ers because most of them respect the rules and follow them
