Hey AO, my friend and I were talking about Mags on MSN and he got me interested in EMags. I have a few Emag compatible parts however I still need a EMag/X Valve and Emag Lowers. I heard Emags lowers are pricey so i was wondering was the price of an EMag Valve and Non ULE Emag Lowers. Thanks.

Hmmm that does, if i were to buy a Emag valve off here I would need to get the emag sear as well. What is the difference between a "classic" sear and emag sear?

Ok, saves me some trouble if they come with the lowers. I'll keep an eye out then. Thanks for all the great info guys.

if you're just slapping an Emag valve into any old mag, you don't need the Emag sear. might need a different length on/off pin though.
if you're slapping an Emag together with the RT style sear... you're just wasting money.
if you're building the Emag from parts... just make sure the sear is included with the lowers that you pick. all you need from that point is the mainbody and either an Emag valve or an X valve. if you want an Emag bad enough, i'd say just be patient and wait until you see a whole one you like on a B/S/T forum either here or MCB or *shudder* PBN.
here's your Emag sear. here's your regular RT style sear. here's your regular automag sear.
the difference is that the Emag one has trips for both mechanical and solenoid activation. that's why i say you're wasting your money if you try to put an RT sear in your gun because that completely negates having anything electrical about your marker.Last edited by SkinnyHare; 06-03-2008, 06:59 PM.

I guess I'd be slaping an Emag together. I already have a ULE emag rail I could use. Also where could i pick up Emag "jewels" i think they r called. When i bought the rail i didn't think i would be eventually making an emag so i asked him to take them off but now that i am, i'll need them.

yeah, the jewel stickers. you can still get those in the "parts" section from AGD's store for a few dollars. i bought some not even two months ago to replace mine.Originally posted by Legendary MatosI guess I'd be slaping an Emag together.
