I have a serious issue with a set of Grillz goggles - anyone know of a way to get Procaps to actually respond to problems? I have sent 3 emails and made a phone call to their Customer Support and technical support numbers, but so far no luck.
Anyone got an in with these guys so I can talk to someone?
