    Procaps/Draxxus/Vforce Customer Support?

    Hey all -

    I have a serious issue with a set of Grillz goggles - anyone know of a way to get Procaps to actually respond to problems? I have sent 3 emails and made a phone call to their Customer Support and technical support numbers, but so far no luck.

    Anyone got an in with these guys so I can talk to someone?

          yes, but they are part of the draxxus/procaps company - I corrected the title so I dont confuse people.

              Hi there, I'm Josh Silverman and amongst several other things, I'm Procaps/DXS/VForce's photographer/publicist type person. I don't have a whole lot of pull with the company because I don't work there on a full-time basis but at the same time I hate seeing any customer having problems and I'd like to help if I can.

              Why don't you shoot me an email at [email protected] and let me know what's going on. If I can help, I'll forward your information on to a company representative who can work with you. How about that?

                  I donno...I've never had a problem with a procaps product...wish I knew though.
