          Does this have anything to do with tatoo's? That's all I got on a couple quick googles.

              Yes, and I got a hold of them. It seems that the reg's have the 450psi centerflag spring and Centerflag internals inside them. They said that you can change the spring, but I couldn't figure out how to get the top of the reg off.
