    WDP and AGD's relationship.

I know there is a post somewhere on here about this, but what are the details of their relationship?

IE why do we have an Angel Forum, why are ULE bodies Angel threaded, intellifeed found on both marker makes in the past, etc.?

I know in some old thread, Tom was asked what his favorite gun was besides a mag (or something like that) and he said an angel.
The angel forum has always puzzled me. I would also like to know what's up with this.

Oh and maybe AGD could get WDP drunk and get them to let AGD use their IP on the electro?

The Angel forum was due to some other Angel forum that was being shut down, and IIRC Tom was friends with the owner, so they were going to move over here, but that never got very big. I feel like it was TAG but I'm not sure.
I'm pretty sure the Angel feednecks were mostly because of the popularity of the threads at the time, and the Intellifeed guide was produced when Angels were 'THE' high end electro.

I'm sure Tom's affinity for Angels has to do with all of them, though.

edit: it wasn't tag, I think it was Angel Owners Group

Because it's a good source of info for older angels, it has 80 pages of threads.

Not the thread I was specifically looking for, but that in itself answers much.

Now that there is a "new" AOG what part did AGD and or these forums play in that I wonder....

hehe. I remember all of that like it was yesterday, or maybe two days ago bc the small details may be gone from me.

Angels were the E gun back then.

TAG had problems with the owners of the Angel forum website. Tom invited TAG to AO with his own forum line. You would be hard pressed to find someone else with more knowledge of Angels than TAG.

                    it's all gooood.

TAG was at several AO events and even owned an RT Mag, if I'm not mistaken. My guess is Tom let him use the forums out of courtesy.

As to why there is an Angel Intellifeed link, it's probably because the Angel was the main electro gun at the time. The same reason with the Angel threaded ULE bodies, it was just the popular thread pattern at the time.

I don't think there is any relationship between AGD and WDP though.
