So can anyone recommend a good, affordable anodization service? I am needing a custom rail and some other stuff anodized to black; nothing fancy.

Nope, no one knows. For that matter, no one knows who does his milling, which websites he owns, runs or is affiliated with, or anything else of the sort. The gist of it (as I understand) is that they're "trade secrets." I don't know why he needs that degree of secrecy, but that's how he operates. I doubt you'll find out.

Why do you want to know? I think about the only ano he ever has done is gloss black (and a handful of limited-run matte parts), but that shouldn't be hard for any halfway decent anodizer to match.
