Which 3rd Party to Use for marker buy? Best price for service?

Ok so I found a viking I want to pick up but the guy says MO only. He is agreeable to going through a third party and having me pay the fees. So obvious question here is:

Who is trustworthy, fast, and best priced?

I would rather pay for good service and realiability that be cheap and have to wonder. Also would be good if the other guy is likely to know the name but not totally essential if I can direct him to credentials. Thanks in advance.
