    Question about vert feed

    Well I got my Halo in the mail today. And I'm getting my sfl tomorrow. Was wondering how the hopper will stay on the vert feed? Does it fit in the neck, do I need an vert elbow? If so anyone know where I can get one. I can make a getto one out of a piece of hose and 2 clamps but I'm trying to avoid that.

      my gun has vertical feed,and my hopper fits fine,i guess it would be the same.But i have seen those vertical elbows,it kinda cancels the point of vertical feed

          Yeah I know that having to put on vertical elbow sucks. And I don't want to put one on but if I have to I will. And I hope that it will fit right in.

              You'll want some sort of elbow with a HALO. I have one of the plastic ones for an angel but I'm not too happy with the looks. Check-It products http://www.checkitproducts.com/index2.html makes an elbow that looks pretty sweet. I've got one on the way. I'll let everyone know how it looks when it arrives. If you order one call them, don't use the online ordering. It seems to be screwed up. Whatever you get, needs to have an inside diameter of 7/8"

                  We just got one as a present for a friend of mine. He had to sand down the neck (no easy task, that plastic is tough) to get it to fit in his Angel (vertical feed). It is a very tight fit. I don't know about the SFLs, never seen one.

                      Well shocktech included a plastic vert adapter with the sfl. So my worrying is over. But I think it looks silly with the plasctic one. Hey Load SM5 let me know how that elbow works for ya when you get it. I might go down to the paintball store by me that only deals with cockers/ angels and see if they could help me out any.

                          You got lucky, I did'nt get an elbow with my SFL. I had to scramble around and find one. Also take out the small plastic peice that they used to fill in the extra ball detent hole and threadlock it back in. Otherwise you will lose it the first time you go play with it.

                              Thanks for the info on the plastic piece. I would hate to lose that thing. I got the polished pewter one its so sweet. I got a pic of it posted here under I Got My SFL.
