E/X/SFL/Euro/ULE mag detents question for you ladies and gents

Okay, so my quick question is the following.

If "someone" was doing up a new detent setup for the use of those markers in the title, what would you perfer as the material used for the "ball" in the setup. metal bearings? or keep the plastic bearings ( what the stock AGD detents have) in the setup?

    thanks for your input,
    -Chris

            oh no no no fellows.

let me see if i can refrase the question a bit better.

the little "bearing" on the inside of the detent is whats in question. what would you like that ball to be made out of?

and mann said he would want a teflon style ball that is the same as in the killa detents.

but what i said back was meaning that i dont know if i can find someone that makes those kind of material balls that would be willing to sell them. I dont have the materials/tools to make teflon balls. but i can deffintly get ahold of metal bearings and plastic bearings which is why i was asking between those two types i had listed.

but if someone can point me in the direction of such teflon balls...i could also add them to the list to choose from for this.

maybe that will clean up my question and responce.

I have metal, rubber, & hard plastic/teflon plastic balls. what size are you needing.

edit: if these are for detents I would suggest a magnet type also.

Are you thinking of putting the detent in the ace hole to allow for breakbeam eyes?

well the size needed would be the same size in the stock AGD ones. i havent broken one apart yet to figure out the exact size yet though.

and yes, I was hinting at doing all new detents for all those mags in the title with this thread.

already ahead of you guys. was already planning on making these a magnetic setup.

and finally, nope. no need to put a detent in that hole. nothing wrong with the detents already on the breech.
