What spyder to get for milling practice

Thinking of practicing some milling on a spyder. I need something with a lot of meat for milling but also cheap. Any ideas of specific models, clones, ect?
    Thanks

        Merlin Extrusion from ASP?

25 bucks. Find old cocker parts and you're golden.

behemoth....thats the exact same thing I thought of. Still more expensive than taking a pre-machined body and dabbling around on the outside because you still have to buy more tooling.....but your better off investing in tooling anyhow. I'd go with the 60"er myself.

speaking of these extrusions....anyone have dimensions for them? Just the outer dimensions is all I need.

Yeah, you can probably find an old 2k2 wgp body for a few bucks cheaper, and at that point, all you're doing is cosmetic...

Bob long millenium spyder bodies have a good amount of material on them. Problem is they are getting pricy again.
