    My thoughts after seeing more:

MD Has always listened to their customers. First they made the borg an efficiecny and speed machine. They cared more about performance than looks (ala blocky *** 04-05 borgs.)

They did some fine honing for the 06 and 07.

Now, being a frequenter of the MD section on PBN i'd have to say 90% of the "issues" users have with MD guns are due to dirt in the system.

The new reg design incorporates a filter. All of the droid issues were because of dirt on the reg-seat causing the reg to spike, and blow apart the bolts.

With the enclosed bolt, and the filtered reg, this gun should be pretty much bulletproof.

Also, with the whole bottom tube coming out with the back cap, you wont have to take the frame off to get the valve out - Very nice. a Tech's dream.

Now that MD had a fine-tuned gun (performance wise) - they decided to improve on things people have asked for in the past (weight, style) and they threw in the other nice little features.

At first glance i was not impressed, as i see more, i'm really thinking i might pick one up.

This reminds me of the PTP inline CO2 filter I found in my parts box.

Something I would pay for is an HPA filter/fill-rate-limiter that has a male and female QD to put between my bottle and a fill station. Maybe I just need to dig through some pneumatic catalogs.

these 2 points were the main reasons i sold my 06. however i miss it dearly

always got dirt and/or paint down into the workings of the gun which caused nearly all of my issues out on the field.

and when i had those issues, it was a pain to get to everything that i needed to get to, to properly clean them.

if i had the money, id be on the preorder list for sure

I just sold all my gear off (well, the stuff i didnt use hardly) - Kept my primary electro, and my pump...

Which, i was gonna save the money, but i'm thinking i might have to get on the pre-order list..

Cos you know, if i needed the money bad enough, i could sell it to someone who didnt get on the preorders, and dont want to wait for the production run

Oh my god it looks incredible. Streamline eye covers, no bolt pin, standard with a clamping feedneck, OLED display...

If I had the money to, I would buy this in a heartbeat. I can definitely see myself buying one in the future. I wonder if NOX coding can be flashed on this board, and if these boards will be compatible with older 'Borgs. Yeah it sounds weird, but if I can't buy the RX I would love to slap that board into my '06 with the NOX code.
