The Triggernomics Online Trigger Crafting Course

For those who are interested, I've set up an easy to follow course for trigger construction.
Before I feel like I'm going to tell you how to lose 10 pounds in 10 days, I'll just pass this link on to you, and let you decide whether or not it's worth your while.

    This is where it starts:

Link up to the user name for the following videos pertaining to the subject.

45 minutes on a bandsaw your hands have to go numb from the vibrations after that long.

Thanks for the Videos Dan that was awesome. Can we get some specifics on some of the tools that you used, like the scroll saw, grinding burrs and bits...

I get most of my tools from Gesswein, a jewelry tool manufacturer. They have all the saw blades, polishing buffs and compounds, burs and cutters you are looking for.
The jigsaw I use is actually from the former East Germany, a sturdy model of the mid-80's that is no longer built. The rest of the grinders, drills, sanders, and tools are standard equipment that you can find in any hardware store.
If anyone has any questions that are more specific, please ask. I'll do my best to answer them.

That was pretty cool. I'd end up cutting myself pretty bad on that carving machine you've got there.

wow. That was great. After watching that I can't see how you can sell those triggers for a penny less then $100. I mean the amount of work and time that needs to go into 1 trigger is staggering.

                        Thanks guys.
When I get around to it, I'll do a video of one of my sterling silver triggers in production, then you'll get to see how complicated it really gets.
