AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
I have been working on this gun for a friend, its called an equalizer from sheridan. I got it running but while test firing it, the rubber ball detent was obliterated. I have found no other detents like it before. Here is a picture of the gun.
Those were supposed to be the 'poor mans automag' back in the day. It is a blow forward that has a couple of carry over parts from the VM 68. (The barrel and feed block). IIRC, they were AWFUL!! Tough trigger pull and really bad shoot down are just two issues I remember.
it slides when I pull the trigger and I believe that the sear is actually part of the trigger assembly. Its hard to tell by the schematics in the picture nd it doesn't seem to have a standard sear.
