Hey, I was cruising ebay and I saw this mag , I'd never seen before. The listing says it's rare and old, anybody know what it is?

It's an xmagterror body. It was his first production body I believe. You should be able to find the information on it in here somewhere. I would say that it's 2 maybe 3 years old at the outside. Hope this helps.

It was a one off body not made by Xmagterror but by the guy in the link bunny5 posted right above your post.
