I have ordered a few items from II Sports this past year. I had issues with two of them: first, they sent me squeegee with no leg harness then recently, an eight-pod pack I ordered and used only twice, started to tear at the top hem.
I called them up the first time about the squeegee and a couple days later received another one with the harness...got to keep the original one.
Yesterday, I wrote them about my pack and I received an email today that states they will send another out today or tomorrow....no further questions.
Now, yes, the items were not expensive by any means but I am still impressed by their attitude toward me and my satisfaction as their customer. I would highly recommend them for any future purchases you may have.
