    Park-52 Mag MKII

Based on the Park-52 Sniper Rifle from Battlefield 2142, the MKII version of my design features a much lighter skeleton and much cleaner lines, in comparison to my MKI version. The stock brace will run under the Qpod and feature a shoulder rest. Photos show the basic skeleton, and the 3rd photo shows the wide angle scope mounted.

Sweet so you're going to build a shell around it?

Indeed. I built a shell around the MK1, but I never took photos of the final product. The last shell even wrapped around the scope so it looked like the scope was completely integrated with the gun. It got a lot of looks at the "Decay of Nations" scenario game at SC Village in Chino this year.

It means panther. The proper spelling is "Baghira" but Rudyard Kipling popularized the more anglicized version, "Bagheera."

Several pieces of a PVC type of colored plastic sometimes called "Sintra" in the sign industry. It's super durable, comes in many many colors, and can be cut with either power tools or even a razor blade (with enough passes of the blade) for high precision cuts.

Watch the Jungle Book or better yet read "Mowgli".

My Indian friends spell it "Baghira."

Thanks, I learned a lot on the first version, Mark1. The guys in my online FPS guild call me "Bag", and so do the guys in my unit for D-Day.

Sure thing! Let's see it, and maybe it will be a better fit. Thanks.

After adding the stock, I did the weigh-in for the skeleton. The final number is 7.4 pounds, with scope, Q-Pod, and a full 3.5 oz co2 tank. The plastic shell should only add a few more ounces.
