I just picked this up off the nation.

The previous owners pic.......guy had broken the battery harness, which is pretty easy to do. Thought that perhaps he had fried the board as well. I picked it up from him for $120 shipped. When it came in the board, harness, and trigger switch were out of the marker. The bolt has an incorrect bumper o ring in it, and the regs were both turned well out of adjustment.
I have not owned a trix since my DM3. I took it up to my local shop to have them look at it. They have been sponsored by Dye for years and there is no one better in the area to have look at one. Within an hour, the thing was back together and is SINGING. We did put the ghetto fix on the battery harness while a new one is on order. I spent a few dollars on a Dye airport and he charged me $5 for the tuneup and bumper oring. So even after the harness comes in, which I am going to just hold on to till this one breaks, I will have less than $160 in it. Not an exceptional deal considering they are selling for right at the $200 mark but better than average.
It is in great shape overall, I was quite suprized. But even more than that, I am just amazed at how well this thing shoots. I have not had a whole lot of chance to play with it, but I brought it home, put on a Revi and fired some good quality paintballs through it out the back door. I really have to say that it shoots as well as I remember my DM3 shooting years ago. It is very smooth and quiet, with very little kick. I look forward to using it in a game.
I actually like the big frame on it, which is like the PM5 frame. Fits my big hands well. The shop owner tells me that he can get UL frames for a great price if they are still in stock. I have considered it, just in case I wanted to use it as a backup for tournies. The frame, with a legal board would not cost me as much as a board alone.
Not that this is news to anyone. PM6's are old hat, but being new to me I thought I would pass along my impression. Great little markers at a good price nowdays. Wonderful time to pick one up to mess with if you have ever considered it.
