Valve rebuild

Thinking about having my 2 classic valves rebuild but last I herd agd wasn't taking any orders.

First off, is this true? And if so any other reputable places to go to have my valves worked on, or should I just do this myself?

Just do it yourself, it's really easy. Look up youtube for the Tom Kaye automag walkthrough. Not only fascinating, it's educational too.

I don't know about wether they are doing this or not but I do know that they don't do it under the star warenty any more.
