hey tuna, I know what your going through right now. My dad had hernia surgery a little over 20 years ago and just repulled it last year.. I said a prayer for you that your not going through it as bad as he did..

I remember when I gave myself a hernia. Long story short I freaked out, and then shoved the thing back into me with my fingers and stretched like crazy. Went to the doctor the next day and everything was fine.

Just an update...
couldn't get any sleep at all for 4 days after the surgery. Excruciating pains in my right side just below the ribcage running up to my neck Couldnt lay down at all. Back to the doctor. Wala! Pneumonia! Well after taking some super antibiotics for a few days I am feeling better. I am behind on about 8-10 orders so if yours is one of them, thanks for being patient with me and I will get everything out before the weekend. Again, thanks for the patience and support.
