    Junk box parts mag

One of my buddies wanted to try out a mag this weekend. I told him not to go the eBay route, that I certainly had enough spare parts to build a mag for him. I got into the stack 'o stuff Wednesday night, and pulled out some trashy bits and tossed this together last evening.

I know it's not much, but what can you expect from a parts pile gun?

    Let's see...

Chopped and cropped right feed body with a DuraCoat finish
Reverse MiniMag valve with 4 stars
Doc Nickle Mag to Cocker barrel adapter
Dye 10 inch stainless steel barrel.
GripStix RT single trigger frame with custom spacer
Cherry (and by that I mean the wood, not simply new) Pilliage Grip scales

All I need to do is finish the set of custom jewels for the GripStix frame and we're ready for a GOTM entry over at AO.

Not too shabby for a pile of spare parts.

      Are you cheating on us?

That is a beauty. I just recently put a parts mag together as loaner. And trust me. It is no where near that sexy.

I had the reverse valve from the best mag buy I ever made...

              Powerfeed left body
              Proline Autoresponse frame
              "brass knuckle" forgrip
              level 10 kit
              reverse minimag valve
              carbon fiber grip frame
              2 drop forwards
              2 on/off ASA's

              All for $120.00.

I think I made the money back just by selling the Autoresponse frame.
