    Old mag ressurection thread

Yay, I'm back in the mag family! Not with anything super cool, just a nice clean classic minimag...soon to be joined by a new '09 micromag of course

Well, I traded a helmet cam for this minimag and decided to make a project out of it. So I did some bargain shopping on ebay and I&I and voila, ressurection! Below is the 'before' and then the 'After' pics

Bringin old school back I love the minimag bodies and although typically I don't like chrome, it all goes together pretty nice I think. Thoughts?

Anyone else revive an old beater mag recently? Lets see it!

You guys are never gonna let me live that sale down...It's all good though, this was a budget project, wait till I get my tax return, I have some seriously killer ideas for another classic RT.

Mostpeople - Duracoat At least that was the initial plan. Right now it's in Krylon scratch resistant. My plan was to strip and duracoat it this spring, but another project came along..hint - it'll look like a familliar Olive RT - that needs some customs work so this is going on the chopping block.
