the owner of the local store said that you have to use expensive paint to be able to shoot a mag. he said that the paint now a days are softer than they used to be and you'll be breaking balls like crazy. so i'm just wondering what kind of paint everyone uses.

you can use most paint except for like brass eagle and those cheapo brands.. MOST tourny grade paint will do as long as the bore size is good. i use big ball, marbs, and proball, and maybe a case or two of polar ice.

i use all star relojouisly. from time to time i use diblo. But I can shoot any paint no matter how cheap. I think he is just tring to get you to but the expensive stuff. The expensive stuff does tend to work better but that has nothing to do with the gun.Comment

Diablo Blaze is my favorite paint for my emag and
my boys minimag.It's great for mid priced paint(50.00)case.
Consistant in size not to brittle yet not to hard.It's a bit small for my alum. dye barrel but still shoots straight.It's definately smaller than super swirls(med)E-Mag #00511 (12in Dye Alum)

I still say the best paint ever made was nitro duck super pink. they stop making it though. It had the perfict shell and the thickest fill. The only thing thicker was bigbawl wax fill;which sucks by the wayComment
