Ordered my ir3 2 weeks ago... still not here

Yes yes as everyone knows i am getting rid of my e-mag i have some pics if you are interested in buying it for $850 (boomstick, kapp drop, turborev board and the gun). But if i remmeber correctly i was all over an e-mag when they were coming out, my store owner anthony called them up and even when AGD was at its busyiest moments trying to get the word out that the E-Mag is finally available and out i got it in a matter of 5 days!

My ir3 was released 02/02/02 and is still backordered-ive had anthony call them many times bugging them about getting it in the store for me so i can use it up at skyball and you know what they say:
"Hey Man calling us up isn't going to help it get there any faster its backordered theres nothing we can do..."

Coinsidence?, NO!!!! All i can say is AGD no matter what anyone sais still cares THE MOST about their customers and still is the nicest and most self-supporting company out there! I didn't even have to pay full price for my e-mag i traded my rt in and got factory price on the e-mag... NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Vil,

I would go easier on WDP. Bringing out a new product ALWAYS has issues, take it from me I know ALL about it. I would guess they are responding to the negative response on the grip frame and are changing the looks. That means 1 week to redesign, 1 week to remachine and another week for ano. If there are any mechanincal issues then double those figures. I am sure John Rice is working around the clock like I do under that kind of pressure to make you happy.

Sweet, you'll have to post some pics of that thing when you get it. Not to mention, write a little comparison/review to the emag.

        Tom,
Has the grip had many negative responses? and do u know if they are redisigning it? Because honestly i dont like it either, but i learned to except and deal with it because of all the other important stuff it has like the pressure plate anti chop system.

2 of my friends ordered an E-mag last October I think when they came out, and they didnt get them until 2 days before the big indoor they were wanting them for. So all companies take a while with new products. You and the rest of the world are all waiting for their IR3s, I'm sure they are trying their hardest to hurry up.

WDP cares regardless of what your saying. I hope you realize its very hard to get ahold of one because WDP is sold out. The demand is far higher than what they thought it'd be and because of that, only a few are in the USA. You better consider yourself lucky, Im gonna have to wait 8 weeks for my Sonic Bm2k.

when have you ever known wdp to follow their "release dates"
for example: release of the lcd's a couple of years ago, the date kept getting pushed back. another example is the AIR's took them a year to finally get them out after the said "release date". be patient, if the release date is pushed back there is a good reason for it. better to have a good, reliable, quality product than something that doesn't totally function.
