Some of you might be shocked by that pronouncement, but it's true, I finally have a plastic bodied marker. It's not just any Ion though, there is a ton of aftermarket work there...
It's now a fully mechanical marker, with a stainless steel firing can and an out the back bolt. I even have a mechanical anti-chop system in it that works just as good as any eye.
I have one of the Logic frames on there and it is super comfy with the stock grips. The internals are all new, and although the operating pressure has raised, The shot to shot consistency has really gone up.
It's even been converted to a right feed body like the SP-8's.
