    Dying E-mag board- Tom/office ppl?

Hey this is mainly directed at Tom and AGD office peoples,

I recently bought a used E-mag, but got ripped a battery charger, so I borrowed my friend's Emag battery charger.
So I power it up and the gripframe buttons don't work.
I open it up, and the top pushbutton switch (on the board) came apart.. (all the pieces came off it)

I've tried putting the pieces back on, and it works.. but only after I push the button once or twice, then it goes to its pieces again.

I circled the switch that's 'broken' in the picture below, and my question was what my options were that I could do about it, like send it in or whatnot to get it replaced.
    Thanks.

      I had the same problem

Brand new E-Mag. Top grip button (controls shooting modes, I believe) is broken. Remove the grip assembly and see the broken button assembly that you experienced.

I called the tech support line and got a RMA. Shipped the gun back over a week ago, but I don't know when I get it back. I haven't had a chance to shoot this baby, yet.

I believe the tech gave me 3 options: ship entire gun, ship just board and they will replace, or advance replacement of board. I'm not too comfortable soldering so I just shipped the entire gun.

The tech seemed to know the problem right away. After reading your post, I wonder if this is a common problem (either with shipping or in manufacturing).

      Good luck
