I don't see anything wrong with the mod descriptions provided.

Small businesses often have poor public relations skills. This is because being a proper flack is actually a skill, as lame as that sounds. The guy posting on boards is often just a guy at the shop; be it machinist, office manager, etc.

Add the internetss; and we have serious business.
