What does I TOG E-mag mean?

What does "I TOG E-mag" mean? My local field closed down recently , and I am completely out-of-date on the paintball lingo. Seems like something I should know, so thanks in advance for your help.

shouldnt it be EMAG TOG I? i always wondered why people would switch each word around instead of turning the phrase around.
