You know, I've had multiple problems with them as well.

I'm still waiting to hear back from them about a shipping credit voucher that I sent in back in January. That one's probably a lost cause.

My first order from them was a vest that came up as $50 on their site, but they ended up charging me $80 for when it was billing time. I called them about it and after a bunch of haggling, they finally credited $20 back to my account, which was still $10 more than their shopping cart told me.

Another funny thing is that after leaving a mediocre (3-star) review about it, they left a message (link) under it reading:

"Admin Note: Please keep in mind that a properly fitting tac vest should only come down to the top of your navel. This allows for proper range of motion and bending at the waist."

Seriously? So people play with their pods at the same height as their nipples? I stand by my assertion that they made the 'tactical man bra'. Not that I've ever worn a man bra.

Also, avoid OrderPaintball.com like the plague. I ordered a 4-case special from them once and they never gave me any info on the shipping cost. I thought "hmm...that's weird...I suppose it's just part of their 'free shipping on everything' promo". So I hit the "check out" button (still no shipping quote) and gave them my info. Then they sent me an invoice email (still no shipping quote). A couple of days later, $50 went missing from my checking account courtesy of OrderPaintball.com, causing an overdraft. When I contacted them about it, they essentially said "sucks to be you".

But at least they replaced the 3 cases of "broken" paint that they sent me at no cost (to me, anyway). And then the 2 of those 3 cases that were "broken". And a couple more after that. They finally realized that only putting bubble wrap on the outside of the box didn't help much.

As for online retailers that I'd recommend, I've never had any problems with Action Village or First Call. First Call actually has ridiculously fast economy shipping - whenever I order anything from them, it gets here (NY) from Virginia in like 2 days.
