lol, interesting. I wonder what the odds of that happening was. Well, let me know what you think of it when you get a chance to use it.

Any guess as to what they weigh?

the li-ion packs are weighing in at about 3oz while the stock Ni-MH packs weigh in about 8oz.

just remember though. DO NOT use that battery with the Ni-MH chargers. it rquires the special Li-ion charger i sell.

An exchange such as this can only result in a lighter and cheaper battery design...

I think your scale must be off. Maybe as much as 25%

                      Scale at 0

ULe bodies are advertised at 3.9oz with feedback and detent.

With that information in mind I still think ULE lowers and a ULE emag/rt rail or the tac v2 rail are the most cost effective ways of lowering the weight of an emag. If you have already Have an aluminum upper. (xvalve and ule)

Ive put alot of thought into lowering the weight of an emag/xmag. even had the underside of a xmag body ULE milled... That only yielded a 1.5oz weight reduction and the machinest dented my xmag body.

Barrels are another ok way to help shed oz:

                        aluminum Kaner 12in: 4.9

                        carbon fiber stiffi 2.2oz

Or you could always ditch that tank bag to save 4.3oz

probably, considering that i am using an older spring lever method scale. I know its off, just havent had a chance to go scale hunting.

post that i had showing the weighing and scale i used:

I have just about every rail, body and valve archived.

I wil post up the weight of the Li-ion pack once I have it back.
