they trademarked the word "pwnd" as well as had that crosshair on a lot of their products, so I imagine they can trademark whatever they want as it pertains to their business.

Didn't AGD go through this with Intel a few years ago, with that bubble sticker that said "AGD inside " ?

patents when used for the intent of the incial law is fine. what sucks is people abusing it in the way they have with lawyers. Can we please keep this client free of this vs sp stuff and just on giving out the patches i dont want to stir up the pot too much.
