Did SP ever offer a chrome or polished freak front? Not the anodized silver but a chrome, I know the had a polished SS back, but what about front?

None that I am aware of. However, if you take any front and strip it, and polish it with a product called "Bombs Away" you could fool most anyone.
I picked it up at a motorcycle shop. It is used for Harleys and such so that you can make all the brushed aluminum bits look just like chrome. It does wear off eventually, as it is a wax base finish, but if you reapply it every few months it will stay really nice looking. I have used it to remove tarnish off a lot of things as well, such as the yellowing that nickle palmer regs take on after a while.
