Any experience with ixradio.com mics?

I had a throat mic from this site - worked pretty well but I got a bit tired of the muffled sound you always get with throat mics. I just bought new midland radios (2 pin) so I need a new mic. Anyone have any suggestions for something that fits well under a mask and will pickup whispers? I've heard good things about the earbone mic but I can't imagine it will pickup whispering which is pretty crucial for me.

Bad experiences with their throat mics here, too. They give barely audible transmissions at best, and break down quickly. Their selection, prices, and shipping time are all excellent if I remember correctly.

I'd try a boom mic.
