      Thats a grooved trigger (blade triggers are the ones without a notch in the middle) I have a grooved trigger and i like it ver much, however it would be nice to be able to put your fingers together, i think that might be more comfy.

          That would be the groove double trigger Intelliframe, from the one and only AGD.

                  i wouldnt get a grooved,well i would,but the blade is more comfortable,and I think you can shoot faster w/ blade.
