First of all, I didn't know it.
Secondly, it changed hands recently (bought it in July/09) so that's funny as there's a Dallara bodied Devil Mag that won twice, one for each owner. See your own historic thread. It won on May 2006 and Jan 2008.
Thirdly, I don't really care as it was going really bad on the poll so it won't make any difference.

actually the rule is

5) No previous contest winner entries unless it has changed drastically , give others a shot please.

Nothing to do with ownership. And yes I am aware of the dallara devilmag. Didn't find out about that until it was too late. The argument was that it had changed drastically. I hope not to make that mistake again as I caught some hell for it last time.

I wasn't trying to throw you under the bus. I should have caught it before it was put to the finals. I would have just removed the entry but the poll was already up and going. Sorry.

No problem. We are good. I just didn't understand why the Dallara could do it and mine couldn't. As you explained, it's OK.
