AGD Logo rights and fair use

Hello guys. Not sure if this is the right area for this post, but I'll give it a shot.. Basically I want to get a hold of someone who can give me a yes or no. I'll explain.

The other day I was at my local paintball store and I bought a bunch of clothes.. Not jerseys or PB pants. But hoodies and shirts and the like.. I was thinking how cool it would be to be able to buy a nice AGD hoodie or full graphic Tee.. So my question would be, am I allowed to design and have made a AGD hoodie or shirt for resale? If so what are the stipulations?

I know other people here have made stickers and banners with no issues. Is the logo free domain now? Or are the owners cool with us using the logo cause it helps advertise the company?

    Please let me know. Thanks.

I've been thinking of the same thing. I was just thinking of starting my own cafe press store just so I could design and produce some mag apparel for my self.

as long as you give me 1 of every design for free then it is O.K

Otherwise you should pm Beemer and he will get you in contact with whoever needs to be contacted.

Its Not a big deal to use what you want as you wish as has been done on AO days and such.

As long as its NFP[not for profit] as TK has said in the past when this comes up.

Sweet, thanks beemer! I didn't want to make money off it so much as I wanted to be able to have AGD clothing.

            Thanks again. -Harley

Why don't you try making and selling SP hoodies while you're at it? I'm sure they'll be as nice about it as AGD.

would donating proceeds to charity count as non-profit?
I'm always looking for something to generate cash for Wounded Warriors Foundation.

I'm thinking that this might be a good idea, as i think we all value what Soldiers do on our behave.
and buying something that will help out the families of the fallen would seem to be an easy way to help out.

I still have my AGD sweatshirt. It's not a hoodie, but its pretty damn comfy.

My MiniMag tshirt is missing in action, though

One way or the other I'll probably buy whatever you make so long as it's cool.
