This guy is a terrible ebayer whoever he is. He has listed that set of lowers at least three times from what I can tell (twice on a marker). I have asked him multiple times about the half assembled e-mag he was selling with those lowers and then when he re-listed them as separates, I tried again. I couldn't get him to send any high res pics after asking a couple of times. I would say based on the complete lack of communication you would be better off steering clear. And no I am not planning to bid. lol

Can't help but agree with AE.

The ebayers idea of "CNC" lowers is not that they've had the hump milled or the guard skeletonized, but rather hacking the crap out of the rail...

On top of that, what "on/off switch" did he replace with a toggle? I've owned Emags, Microemags, and an Xmag, and the only switches I recall were the fire selector (which can't be replaced in such a way) and the f1 and f2 buttons (which wouldn't make sense)... I guess he could've juryrigged something in the top of the battery pack?

I can't help but completely distrust this guy, did anyone else notice that none of his items are pictured in the same place?

Some emags have a switch that replaces the yellow pull pin.

Rofl, yeah I can't quite figure out how they managed to jack up the rear of the rail. I think gdx must have just raped it with a dremel or maybe one of these:

Good for cats, bad for E-mags.

Here's another one I thought was funny. Somebody is going to be very disappointed: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=130345800997

I've seen that done, but each time it was part of the battery pack not the frame.

Either way, he's full of it and those lowers have been beasted.

Yah, I have spotted these up in several configurations too. Best I can tell it is a dremmel job and if you look close it doesn't look like it has been reannoed.

The rail is basically dead. It is too short. The pin lock is gone. Yah you can use it that way but...

I have seen on/offs put on the frame right after the battery pack, right where the screw to adjust the sensitivity of the ace board is on xmags, but on the oposite side.

I agree with you that he is full of it, hope nobody gets suckered in to spending to much on it.

A "great machinist" that milled off the whole tail of the rail, and the z lock with it....good job!!!

That is an interesting place to put the toggle switch though, in between the trigger guard and the battery lock/guide what ever you want to call it.

Just to clue everyone in, this was the guy selling a *LEAKING* WGP Ranger for $1000 last week. Then he dropped it to a far more reasonable $495.90 and relisted. $15 ADCO site and hand ported barrel do help his case, but at certain point you've got to look at your beasted Emag lowers and $150 Nelson-based marker and ask why neither has sold. I bought an LNIB Ranger for $125 a few years ago, are they worth a G now?

Other gems include a $500 NXT Shocker and a $200 stock DM3 with an upgraded board that's been "lightened" somehow.

I wonder how many times this guy is going to sell this frame?

                        Hacked up emag frame

He has a Emag valve too, but he's removed all the parts from the power tube from the looks of it.

Yes, but you had to glue one to each ball individually (fairly hard to get right without leaving gobs of glue or misshapen balls) and had to muzzle load them with a push rod into an underbored barrel to get a significant enough effect on the accuracy to make it worthwhile. I have some (reusable) and I've found that they're very effective when used properly, but do not increase range to anywhere near the same degree as FirstStrike, nor are they as accurate (or easy to use). That said, I first encountered them over a decade ago so clearly they were thinking outside the box and did well for that era.
