Use of AGD logo's

I see quite a few different threads floating around where people are going to be making and selling various different products using the different AGD logos. Are there any copyrights or TM's in place that would cause an issue for someone making t-shirts or various other products using these logo's.

Is there someone still around that one should ask permission from to use the logos?
