I think I remember seeing someone had made a shortened Tac-One body but I'm having a hard time finding any info. I want to say RPG made it but I honestly cannot remember. Does anyone have any info?

yeah there were a few made
someone brought this about about 9 months back or so
but they had the front shortened like a pariah is, and something else i believe
they were pretty cool -
RPG made a limited run of short Tac-One's where he shaved the picatinny rails smooth and cut down the front and rear of the body... I have also milled down a few for my own personal use as well following RPG's example (except I didn't shave the picatinny rails)...

For the front I started at the feed neck and counted four raised rail slots forward and cut the valley between the fourth and fifth raised rail slot (which just puts you just before the barrel threads) ... For the rear I cut just behind where the air inlet goes into the valve in the valley of the picatinny rail... I used a metal lathe to do all my work...
I can take better pictures tonight when I get home if you wish...

RPG did 8 Mini Tac bodies. Some were sold as "RPG Mini Tac" and some as "RPG Mini Tac Pro."
I have a Mini Tac Pro.
