You might get even more if you sidelined the 12gram changer off the valve's input.

How many shots do you get on yours?Originally posted by RudzI think some of the older classic valves had smaller dump chambers
I've done what kevin suggested
It helps to run a male to male fitting and connect an asa to the valves input and run the 12g changer side saddleComment

Shooting it with the marker facing the ground and the barrel removed LOL....Originally posted by Smoothicehow did you accomplish this?Comment

Mine says removable/threaded dump chamber style 68 AutoMag A.I.R. Valve serial number CF07798Originally posted by SmoothiceSo what exactly does your valve say on it?
Mine is a 68 Automag A.I.R Valve CF15539
Just kidding of course it's an AIR valve. The funny thing is there is no rhyme or reason on which valves are lasered all the way around. I have a few earlier numbered valves that are as well as a 2 later number valves which are are also laser welded all the way around.

If you guys look at the classic mag maintenance video. The valve Tom is showing has a snap ring holding the PT in :rofl:Comment

Never noticed that.Originally posted by AndoIf you guys look at the classic mag maintenance video. The valve Tom is showing has a snap ring holding the PT in
Anyway, my classic valve unfortunately is lasered all the way around, but the funny thing is my RT valve can unscrew (classic RT).Il n'y a point de sots si incommodes que ceux qui ont de l'esprit.Comment

The CCI's unscrew after 4-8 shots on a mag and having it next to the valve makes it a pain to tighten.Originally posted by KevinLGYou might get even more if you sidelined the 12gram changer off the valve's input.
Those are on early early valves, L5 IIRC....Originally posted by AndoIf you guys look at the classic mag maintenance video. The valve Tom is showing has a snap ring holding the PT in
Yup I had a lot that just unscrewed while trying disassembling the power tube tip...Originally posted by snoopay700Never noticed that.

That's exactly how i found out that my rt's power tube could unscrew. I still wish my classic did since i rarely use it and it's more of a loaner, but if i could make it a slower firing gun that got good efficiency...Originally posted by flyingpootangYup I had a lot that just unscrewed while trying disassembling the power tube tip...Il n'y a point de sots si incommodes que ceux qui ont de l'esprit.Comment
