Just got all the mechanicals finally ironed out tonite and it works with no rubbing, grinding, binding or anything. Im really excited about all this.

It started out as an idea while drinking at the bar and turned into a project with a friend who is a Master Machinist.

I'm sure you've got to swap springs and pull the rod to get back into semi right?

yes in a nutshell. Theres a little more involved than that but yes basically.
